Cystic Fibrosis Canada works hard to inform its community and raise funds to support its vital work. Naturally, its website is the first port of call for current and new community members to learn, engage or support the charity.
The existing site was showing its age with stale content, a challenging navigation system and disorganized information. Connecting with staff subject matter experts and community users, I planned out the best possible site strategy and oversaw the build.
The result is an effective new site featuring a much improved user experience with concise, accessible and engaging content.
In short, a dynamic digital space to fortify commitment.
